We eat what we grow!
100% of the meat we serve is raised by us at the ranch: grass-fed and grass-finished beef, pastured poultry and pork (we’re in the process of transitioning our pigs to pasture but they don’t seems as excited about it as we are). All the fruits and vegetables we eat come from the ranch and campers get the opportunity to help harvest and cook with our fresh ingredients to experience food that isn’t like any other camp food.
