We want to hear from you!

We’re always looking for dynamic, hardworking individuals who love working outside and want to learn more about regenerative agriculture. You must love physically and sometimes mentally demanding work. Every season, for one week or up to three months, we work with a group of people from all over with diverse backgrounds – from volunteers, interns, and farm labor to summer camp counselors and cooks and nannies – who all share a desire to experience something different. Enthusiasm is more important than experience.
